Horrible service!!! Sales man said “I am going to check on something” and never came back! They were all standing in front talking! I will take my business to some place that wants a sale! On a said note I found the car I want now to find someone who will work for the sale!!!
Vito is truly an excellent Service Technician. He is polite, knowledgeable, informative and dependable throughout the process of my checking in at the Honda Service Department to getting my car back. Shuttle Service via Uber was very helpful- as well. The overall Service has been truly exceptional with Vito as my contact at Auto Nation Honda. I would highly recommend Vito for the best service at Auto Nation Honda!!
Went shopping for an inexpensive car for my daughter. Went up and down Creekside and found that Valencia Honda had the best selection. The car we chose was in excellent condition and at a very fair price. But, what really made the experience so great was the service provided by Leo and the used car manager Carlos. During our 5 day grace period to check the car, we did find some problems with the vehicle but the dealership chose to repair the vehicle for free. Sam the service manager really stands behind his work.
Very rude manager name carlos will not shake hands with my husband bad aditud saying if you want to buy a car fine if not go somewhere else I sell enough will never go back Henry had more manner and help us understand more
William the service advisor was outstanding! He made sure I didn't pay for anything I didn't need. He was very nice and has excellent customer service. My vehicle was ready in shorter time than I was told it would be. He even installed my cabin air filter for me. I highly recommend Auto Nation Honda and William.
