Very poor customer service where even their parts people have no idea what parts are for my Civic, especially a windshield wiper. Took 4 people on the phone to even find someone that could tell me where they were located and how to get there. SO BAD!!

I’m very disappointed on their service and customer care. I have an schedule appointment with them last Saturday, and the advisory told me the wait time is 90 minutes, so instead of going home I stayed at the dealership. I was waiting in the customer area and waiting for my car for more than two hours. Their service department. From the time I called for an appointment to the completion of the service, all I had was very good experience. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. As soon as I came in I was attended right away by the service advisor Eric Duarte. It was really a pleasant experience.
