Took my car in for the recall for the passenger airbag & I was greeted by Sam who was very friendly! Great service overall! Even with the many delays with the shuttle, it didn’t bother me at all. Sam personally came to pick me up and take me back to my car! He didn’t have to do that but that’s great customer service ! He also explained the detailed report about the upcoming services required to keep my car running for 20+ years. Thanks for going above and beyond Sam!
