The service I needed was done without an appointment. I did not have to wait a long time. Car is running very smoothly.
I Enjoyed my experience and made a new friend also. Overall I walked away feeling like I got a steel and not feeling like I was stole from or tricked Scott Alexander made it a great experience.
Had my oil changed yesterday and the service was GREAT! I got there around 4:30 and was out of there before 5:30. The young man that took care of me was very good. Before they would do additional work on my car he would ask me. He brought out the air filter and showed me that it needed changing but he just asked me if I wanted to change it today. Great service! I love AutoNation Honda and my new honda.

Brought my Odyssey in for 5,000 mile service and was told there were recalls on the vehicle. Still out in less than 2 hours.
RecommendedAn excellent service writer, Doug Arnold, took care of the service of two of our vehicles and had them complete and out before lunch time. You can’t ask more than that.

They will sell you a bad car, hoping that once you get it off the lot, it will last the 5 days or you drive over the 250 miles. I attempted to purchase two cars from them and they both were lemons and they knew it. I’m now getting a lawyer and I’m taking it to the media.
