Service was quick. I was in and out in slightly over an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Mark Moorman was very efficient and friendly.

Horrible service and broken promisesDouble checking on your car when you get it back from service. I didn’t check my car when I got it back when replaced my tires. Tires and rims on passenger side were scratches up. Brought the car back to the service then they denied it. Autonation Honda customer called to follow up after service satisfaction then I told her the problem. She told me they had to order the new tires. Over 4 weeks, I didn’t get any calls from them. They are liars

I've never felt more cheated by a company. I brought my car in for a flashing check engine light. My car was leaking oil due to the fact that a repair from 2017 was done incorrectly by the 385 location and caused my entire engine to fail. I have been refused any compensation at all every step of the way, often by your company hiding behind an insufficient warranty and other technical issues. I'm now financially wrecked for years because of this and my check engine light came on less than 11 hours after leaving the dealership... read more

As a potential customer in the market for a used vehicle i was paired with “Top Salesman”Tre Tremaine. I had found a 2010 Nissan Altima off the website. I went into the dealership to inspect the car deciding it had potential and brought my daughter back as this would be a vehicle for her. My daughter was pleased with the vehicle and wanted to proceed with purchase pending the radio fixed.
