Dealer scheduled an appointment for repairs but was unable to honor it. We were told multiple times they had staffing issues and Friday is too busy for them to see all the vehicles brought in. First off, do not complain to your customers about staffing issues - quite unprofessional and, franky, not our problem. Secondly, why did you schedule the car for repairs on a day you typically are overwhelmed? Our 2014 Honda Odyssey broke down on the interstate late Thursday night. We had it towed across the street from this service center. We couldn't park it in the Honda lot because the gates are closed. So early the next morning we got to Josh Lee in the service dept only to be told we would need to call a second tow truck so they could tow it across five lanes of traffic. I really liked David Howell, the salesman of my new car. Then you go in with the business manager who tries to sell you a lot of other “plans,” and I did fall for it. Today, I cannot recommend AutoNation Honda Covington Pike service. I called about replacing a genuine Honda battery under warranty and asked how soon they could get me in.They made a 9:00 appointment for me, but when I got there they told me it would take two hours to swap the battery out. If they had told me that on the phone, I would have gone to Costco and bought a battery and swapped it out myself. Also, I had to pay $30 for labor on the battery under warranty.
