I dropped my car off early for my appointment. I was ignored when I arrived. Then I was approached by three different staff who were not wearing masks. Staff was slow, unresponsive, and ultimately unhelpful. Would not answer the phone, and when I finally talked with them, they didn’t know what was going on with my car. They did NOTHING to fix my vehicle. They also recommended replacing parts I didn’t need, and then pressured me to buy a new vehicle rather than fix the “significant problem” which they NEVER FOUND!!! Had the car serviced. Michael handled all our maintenance that day. He was excellent. Came in the waiting room explained everything to.me and took care if everything. We love Auto Nation. They are always very kind. We got our first Honda there then moved to Ocala. Purchased our present car at Honda of Ocala and they are the pits. Have been back in Ckearwater for the past 3 years and always use Honda Nation.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I bought a used car in 2014 and purchased an extended warranty and service contract. Almost 3 months ago that car was totaled and I put in for a refund for those to pay off the rest of my car loan. They keep saying things but they are just empty promises. They don't do anything. They don't care. Now they don't answer the phone. Meanwhile I keep getting notices from the bank because the car was declared total loss and it still has a balance. Morons forgot to put 3 out of the 4 front rivet clips for my front bumper back on after a clutch change out. Incompetent.
Recently purchased used vehicle from AutoNation Honda. The salesperson, Dan, was great. But that's where it ended. The finance person, Tyler, kept pushing extended warranties, to the point where we were going to leave. Once we made it clear that we weren't going to spend additional dollars on a used car, his friendly attitude changed.
