Craig lipply is the best service advisor out of all dealerships I've gone too. The mechanics relay information to him and he advised me on what to do or the next step to get my vehicle back on the road. I wasn't a fan at first a few years ago but they have consistently went beyond my expectations Everytime I go in there. Auto Nation better be looking at Craig to run the show some day!
