So I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic, which is a very low sitting vehicle, plus I suck at parking when there is a curb, and that’s a terrible combination...I’ve already had one metal splash guard mangled and had to be removed and now a plastic one is dragging the ground. I drove to my dealership to plead with them to rip it off (it’s purely cosmetic) because I have to get to work (no more days off till Christmas) and I can’t afford to fix it. Excellent place. The service department is great. I have had a few different advisors and they have all been great. the sales side is great also. I got a crazy great deal on a 2020 CRV and the process was fun and not pressuring.
The service department is exceptional. When I first bought my Odyssey there, I had three issues and the technician was tenacious about finding and fixing a seemingly phantom A/C issue. Never had a dealer do that before. Recently I had a really long wait for an oil change and they comped the bill without me complaining. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.
Craig was wonderful. Took care of all the recalls for me.

They were fantastic! I did not buy my car there, but I called to inquire about my dead car battery and they got me right in and put me at ease. Mike offered to buy me a coffee while I waited. The customer lounge was clean and there were multiple employees that offered me water and coffee. I didn’t have to wait too long considering how busy they were.
