Was charged $70 for a simple oil change. Same day I received in the mail a flyer stating $ 49 for a simple oil change. Leased 3 cars here in the past 1.5 years. Not happy.

Not that I am a bad driver, but I have visited AutoNation Clw Honda multiple times over the past few years. Each time, they have been very accommodating, their services are to-shelf, and basically have no faults... except they did miss replacing a somewhat 'hidden' trim item on my most recent repair...even they were surprised how it was missed.
