Donnie my service advisor is awesome. I called yesterday with no appointment with a nail in my tire. I had the extended warranty for tire coverage. He said just bring it to me and we will take care of everything. It turned out I had two nails and had to have a new tire. He made sure the warranty company was contacted and everything was fixed. When I got back to my truck to leave they had washed it along with everything else. You couldn’t ask for a better company to go to. Autonation Honda on 385 is awesome.

My car wouldn't start after stopping by my office. Some of my coworkers jumped it off for me. I drove straight to Honda..it was 3:50 in the afternoon, but I didn't want to go anywhere else and get stuck again. I drove in to the service dept and left my car running. ..til they said to turn it off and see if it would start again...it didn't. I found Buzz and told him about my car. My Honda was part of the airbag recall and I chose to get the matter resolved at AutoNation. When I arrived my customer service person (Matt) was at lunch so Adam helped me. Adam took care of my car and got me set up with transport back home. What makes the experience just okay was that Matt didn’t call me when the repair was done. I called just before 5 pm and by the time I got through to Matt it was too late to take shuttle. I had to find alternate transport which took 1.5 hours longer than necessary.
