I have had recurring problems with the service department here. They will tell you anything you want to hear, but not follow through. I have stopped giving them my business (service and purchase) except for the recurring recall repairs that force me back. Such a waste of time trying to deal with them.
Just purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Jason Tao, and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Well worth the drive from Nashville to Memphis! I will be recommending AutoNational 385 to everyone!
