RecommendedWe are traveling from out of town to Memphis for soccer this weekend. We had an unfortunate key fob incident for our Honda Van. The service team and personnel were extremely gracious , quick , and helpful. Completely turned around a less happy situation into a very positive one ! My soccer playing son says next Honda we buy , we’ re coming back to Memphis .
Not my best experience but still recommend this dealership. Car was supposed to be washed after service and it was not. Also technician tracked grease all in car. Still having a bit of an issue with car pulling after taking it in to have this issue fixed.

Awesome experience at Auto Nation Honda on 385 and Hacks Cross. Oil change was less than an at an independent garage and I was in and out in about an hour. They also washed my car.
in the past I've felt they were too disorganized and lacking in customer service, but yesterday my experience was awesome!! 5 stars for sure!!
The sales person, Rory, was very helpful and tried to assist me in every way possible.
