I was pleased with the results of selling my Mazda CX-5 to the dealership rather than doing it myself. They were professional and made me completely comfortable with the process. It only took about 2 hours and I left with a check in hand.
Purchased 4 new cars here then my last one I used another dealership (because this one wouldn’t call me back) and have been trying to cancel my extended warranty and Gap coverage for a while. Drove an hour to get there twice and was unable to see anyone to cancel. Very disappointed. Someone did finally give me an email the 2nd time i drove down but that doesn’t “fix” the problem of no returned calls and not being able to get this taken care of. 🤬 I've requested the cancellation of my extended warranty approximately 8 weeks ago. I was told by Stanley the financial agent that will take 4 to 6 weeks. I've been simply trying to call for an update or explanation where i am in this process. No one has answer the phone number that i was given or return my emails. If anyone is looking to buy a car and extended warranty this is not the place for you. Terrible service!!!
My windshield washers weren't working. I stopped by AutoNation Mall of Georgia and they blew out the debri inside at no cost to me. Very much appreciated!
