Everytime I have taken my car for service, it has been a good experience. This week my car wouldn't start so I called and Ben answered and told me to bring it in. I was able to get my car there around 10. Ben texted me confirmation if my upcoming visit with his info should I need to reach him. Ben had started a ticket for me and immediately introduced me to the mechanic who would be working on the problem. I received a call about an hour later with a diagnosis and recommendation. It took 5 visits to fix my vehicle. On the 1st visit, the service department workers left and did not fix my vehicle and left me sitting in the waiting room. If I had not noticed everyone leaving, they all would have left and not told me. The service department apologized, but I wasted 3 hours. It took 4 more visits to replace.my fog light and fix my radio, when it should only taken 2 visits total. Terrible customer service.

I recently took my car to Hyundai Mall of Georgia for service and discovered that my engine was burning an unusual amount of oil. Dustin, in the service department, helped me determine my options. He explained what was going on and determined that my engine should be replaced. He communicated with me at every step in the process, and made the repair/replacement completely painless for me. First time going there and I would say it was a pretty good experience. I only dealt with the service department. Didn't buy the car from ya'll. I have a 2017 Santa fe Sport that I took to the service department. I will definitely come back for service. Dustin was my service advisor and he went over everything with me and was very nice and polite. The waiting room was nice and had drinks available if you wanted them and the restrooms were nice and clean. Free wi-fi which I didn't use but it's nice to have if I ever needed it... read more
The team at Auto Nation Hyundai was phenomenal from start to finish. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I left with an amazing new car and confidence that I was treated fairly (I was a woman shopping alone for a car) and got the best deal available. My salesperson (Mr. Coffey) even came in on his day off to help me finalize my purchase. I could not be happier with the whole experience.
The service is very good and the people there are polite and don't have to long and also keep you informed on what they are doing to service your car.
