Treat active military like crap!
Inquired online about a new Elantra, and not even 5 minutes later I got a call from Kyle Endres. We talked through text about working numbers and I drove up the next afternoon to test drive. I loved the car, and Kyle was so helpful with the negotiating process! He went over every little detail of the car and showed me how where all the buttons were.
