I had an appointment yesterday for an oil change, but also knew it was due for my 120,000 maintenance. I was offered three choices and I chose the one I was comfortable with. I also knew the front brakes needed maintenance as well. I agreed to all that was offered and knew it would take a while. I felt good enough with the social distancing. Great lease buying experience, in and out in 2 hrs.
Great experience. My lease was up on my Escape. Was thinking I was going to get an Edge. They ended up being way more expensive then the Explorer. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to do then. Bob was very helpful. Let me come back two more time to make my decision. Drove home a week later with a brand new off the truck 2020 Explorer. Thanks Bob.
Great customer service and great, friendly staff! When you get treated like that it just makes you want to buy a car from them. There was no pressure or gimmicks! The buying process was so smooth and easy. It was my first time buying a car by myself and they were so attentive and accomadating! My sales person, Adam Colton, was superb in all ways! They will always have my business!
Unfortunately my transmission went out on my Ford Fusion thank goodness it was backed by a Ford certified warranty!
