Found a car online. They called ASAP and sent me more pictures and information. Told me it was in mint condition. Pictures showed no different. I was 3.4 hours away. RecommendedI was sent an email on the day my service label had estimated when it might be due. Making the appointment was easy - responded to the email and they provided a day when a loaner would be available. I arrived at the appointed time, greeted by friendly professional. We reviewed the work to be performed and I was directed to the desk to check out the loaner which was already brought into the service bay. Just bought a car there. We had a very pleasant welcome. Pete was our sales man. He was amazing. He took the time to listen to us and had great feedback helping us pick our vehicle. We are very happy with the service he provided and with the car we chose. I'm very glad we chose to go with Autonation. They are a great team of people!
