Everything! Worst Experience I have had in my entire life! Purchased a truck on 8/8/20 They cashed the checks and had some repairs to do on vehicle that took 3+ days and I cancelled the purchase! No one would return my calls and it is now 8/19! I have not received my $$ for the vehicle! Horrible Service from sales to Finance Dept!

I had a really good experience a few days ago at autonation ford. Nehemiah Olson was the sales person..very polite and not pushy at all which made the situation very comfortable.He answered all my questions quickly,gave me my options. I drove home a few hours later in a 2019 ecosport. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The finance manager named Chase was also excellent and also made me feel comfortable! Thank you guys so much for helping me!
If you are at all concerned about the pandemic, don't go here. Service (simple oil change) took twice as long as the estimate. All but one employee violating the state mask mandate (note: carrying a mask one foot in front of your face is not the same as wearing it). My service person wiped down his face and nose with his hands, grabbed his mask out of his pocket to put it on, and then grabbed my keys and invoice as he approached me. Terrible service department. Multiple times for the same issue. Reschedule appointments because they run out of loaner cars ... do not recommend... they don’t respond to complaints nor do they try to make it better. Customer service has gone out the window for them!
