I saw a vehicle I wanted to put in for a test drive and they sold it before I had a chance to even drive it. Not even 24hrs after I reserved for a test drive. They knew I was coming with cash. I do not recommend this company. They don’t care about customers just money.

We worked with Alex at Ford AutoNation and she was fantastic. She's Low key, knowledgeable and gives you time to make the right decision. We bought an Expedition after looking at several other trucks & SUV's from a lot of other dealerships. I started looking for a new car in May. I wasn’t in a hurry because of Covid I had no where to go 😀. I met Alexandra and we talked about what I was looking for, test drove SUV’s. Then throughout the summer she would contact me to check in and let me know about specials. Even test drove trucks. Had to bring my car in twice for a repair that should have been completed on the first visit. This was poor planning on the advisor's part and a waste of my time. Maybe warranty repairs take a back seat to cash repairs on an overbooked day. This situation could have been managed better.
