Once again AutoNation failed me. Took car in for a repair, they said would be three days till they got the part. Waited almost three weeks without a word, then I contacted and was told their parts department was a mess but they had the part. I also asked about another issue and was told that at the worst the repair would be around $300, but when they contacted me (at least they did that) it would be over $900. Had a great sales team to work with. Rich took great care of us, and went the whole way with us through the process to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
Terrible communication skills. I applied for a vehicle loan a week ago and no one will respond.
The New Quick Lane service works very well. They completed routine service on my car in fewer that 45-minutes ! Very polite, attentive, service!
We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance by every employee that we came into contact with while waiting for service on our vehicle. We were very impressed with this great customer service! We will definitely return to Automation Ford White Bear Lake for service or next vehicle lease or purchase!
The service was great. I had an appointment and service writer Tim was professional and friendly in writing up my order. When I picked up my car at the hour promised, it was very clean and all work done satisfactorily. I will return for additional service.
