I wish there was an option to put zero star! I will never buy a car or lease a car from this place ever again, very unprofessional. Came here to purchase a truck with my dad, we worked a deal at a 75 month term. After agreeing to those terms (75 months) My dad signed the contract. Unfortunately after believing these folks were honest, I made this purchase. They refused to give me my contract and 3 MONTHS LATER, they gave me my copy of the contract I had. Horrible experience at AutoNation in Peoria Arizona. Our sales person Brevin took us for a test drive in a 2019 Chevy blazer in the color red, he showed us the window sticker price and all the options with V-6 engine. We took photos of the SUV and the window sticker price because we like the car and just wanted it in the color silver. Brevin said he had the exact same SUV with the same options in the Gilbert location and he would pick up the vehicle and bring it to the Peoria location . With regards to the Rene and Richard Degraw complaint. Customer originally came in on an Equinox to replace there expiring lease. They drove the Equinox and ultimately decided on a 2019 Blazer. The red blazer they test drove was a 4 cylinder, not a V6. The only V6 we had at the time was a black one with a MSRP of $36905. Last 8 of the VIN was KS637375. Customer and dealership agreed to numbers on a silver 4 cylinder at our sister store and paperwork was signed on 8-23-19. Last 8 of that VIN was KS690279. Had we known the cus... read more
