******* fiance purchased a 21 VW Tiguan in April, hoping wed get a reliable family vehicle as we were expanding our family. In May we started having issues with the car and have had non stop issues every month since then. Weve had to get ac repaired, brake maintenance and replaced, and had to get a new battery. The dealership doesnt care that **** had all these issues all within 3 months of having this so called reliable vehicle. I've experienced several months of ghosting by the dealership. I reached out to multiple people by multiple ways. I resorted to driving to the dealership to get my issue resolved. They ask me to call them, but they never answer my repeated calls. My voicemail/text messages also go unanswered. I even reached out to AutoNation and they put in a request for call back. Do not take your car here, They will treat it like it's Junk !!!!Took my 2003 ZR2 Blazer here with ****** orginal miles and they left it outside with the window down for two weeks it rained. Soaked my perfect Interior pretty much wrecked my Nice Old truck.

I contacted this dealership to trade in my vehicle and was offered $64,000 with tax savings. After spending the entire day at the dealership, I signed the contract without fully reviewing itsomething I regret. I do not want to go into great detail, however games at purchase, then the car was finally repurchased as a lemon by the manufacturer (*****). If I was ***** I would revoke their dealers license and train their employees to take care of loyal Chevrolet lovers. The general manager resorted to calling me names, and turned it around like I am the jerk for being treated this way by them and after 6 months of having a NEW vehicle basically not work or being treated well when trying to address all the problems. On June 11, 2024 I went in AutoNation to see what my options were. I have a leased Buick 2022 Encore. I was very clear with the salesman that I was NOT going to anything that day. My Credit had been comprmised and I did NOT want any hard credit checks because I did not want any points taken off my credit score. They checked my credit 7 times after I told them I was no longer interested in getting a car with them. Unfortunately, I can't dispute these inquiries. They're so unprofessional.

Experience with sales person (*******) was amazing and very easy. Was told to sign paperwork to hold vehicle with appt to pick up the next day. Salesperson confirmed it was received and vehicle was pulled from lot. Received text 5 hours later that management had sold car from the back lot. Have called to speak to management several times to discuss and once they know it is me, management is always "busy" and have received NO call back from anyone. Do NOT use this dealership. They will s**** you over if it helps them.
