I had an awesome experience!! I love my new MDX!! It wouldn't have been possible without Aaron Mann, my Sales representative. There isn't an Acura dealership where I live, so had to drive 3 hours to get to Auto Nation Acura Spokane Valley. It was so worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. They found my car, since it wasn't on their lot, and added the additional features I wanted. Top quality service!! I came from out of town to have some recalls done on my vehicle and service. I had issues getting there with a delay and they're great team worked with me and still fit me in to get my car done that day. The loaner vehicle was ready to go and the service was top-notch, I was treated with respect from all of their great team.
Purchased a TLX with Josh Jenkins. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, took us through all the features, explained what they did. The entire process was less than 4 hours and we very happy with the purchase. I would recommend Josh to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
This Acura service department is absolutely fantastic, period. They have the best service around, always treated with respect, compassion and understanding when diagnosing a problem. However I have found that parts prices are a bit higher when compared to other Acura dealerships, margin levels are too high. I have purchased parts from a dealership in Tempe, Arizona at a significant savings. This Acura Team is outstanding for sure!
