We bought a car along with several warranties at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. One of the warranties they issued was not correct for our car. When they notified us, a year and a half later, Josh from the Finance Department, said the person who issued our warranties had left the company and the incorrect warranty paperwork has sat on someone’s desk, untouched since our purchase. First time buying from them, and I just gotta say their service is just as good as Acura's reliability. The managers were very professional and communicated with you on a person level. Reiko for president! that young lady is awsome, other then the fact that she held out on letting me know she drove the new NSX! � I will definitely be coming back soon for my next vehicle purchase.
Called 3 times for the service department, left voice mail. Call was never returned, have been unable to connect with service department.
