First time buying from them, and I just gotta say their service is just as good as Acura's reliability. The managers were very professional and communicated with you on a person level. Reiko for president! that young lady is awsome, other then the fact that she held out on letting me know she drove the new NSX! � I will definitely be coming back soon for my next vehicle purchase.
I was disappointed to be told I had to buy the car if they found me one so I told them not to waste their time I would not purchase a car without driving it
Called 3 times for the service department, left voice mail. Call was never returned, have been unable to connect with service department.
Great customer service. Sales really worked hard to get a great bottom line for me. The finance hoops are obnoxious. Not a fan of the hard sell, add- on warranties; "No" did not speed along the pitch. Irritating but typical dealership rhetoric. Over-all, I'm very happy with working with AN Acura. I appreciate a sales team that knows something about the product they sell.
I have another appointment on Thursday for the same issue as the last 3 visits. We'll see if the 4th times the charm.
Service was arrogant, dismissive and didn't provide any options. Walked out. Never again.
