Dealer was polite, professional and friendly. He offered help but was not pushy. I am not ready to go forward with purchasing a car but would use him when the time is right.

I explained my situation very clearly in a written message prior to driving the distance to this dealer to test drive this auto. I was willing to buy it but then was told I needed to look for car between 10- $16k. Felt like I wasted a trip to Spokane. However, the salesperson I worked with was professional and had everything ready for me when I got there so that was appreciated!
RecommendedTheir rates are good and they do good work. I trust them to take care of my care and not try to sell me something I don’t need. Seth and Mark are great. Even that guy with the beard in the showroom is ok..... sometimes. Just kidding. Super good dealership.
Big shoutout to their auto service department especially Mark! I’m currently active duty military in montana and had purchased my 2014 Acura TL SH-AWD from this dealership about a year ago. It was eating about 3 quarts of oil every 1K miles. He was super professional and worked with me over 2-3 months to get it diagnosed, repaired and saved me about 8K in repairs!

Although I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, I feel I have a responsibility to write a short review. After finding a truck on Car Gurus.com, I was contacted in a timely manner (on Sunday) by the salesman John. I had a lot of questions that he answered by memory and went out to the vehicle to get other information for me.
