Service was very professional, friendly and so far no more problems.
The company first called and took the time to walk us through how to shut off our constantly running sprinklers over the phone. They we able to come over the very next day. They arrived on time and the rep did the work in record time - well within an hour. Their rates were reasonable, they had the parts they needed, and considering the professionalism and expert repair performed we will definitely use them again.
A young man named Ernie came the next day, worked hard and completed an excellent job in the timeframe and budget we'd discussed. The system performs like the Rockettes"! Give them 5 stars from me! And five stars for Servicemagic! I've used your sevice 5 times now and recommended it to others as excellent. Thank you for what you do!
Service Rep was polite, knowledgeable, and arrived as scheduled. Overall very pleased with the service provided.
Repair person was on time and well prepared with the parts
Ernie used his time productively. He explained what he was doing and seems to have the lawn growing in places it wasn't before.

The repairmen were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly find the problem and come up with a resolution. Only negative was they were approx. 30 min late, outside of their promised window.
The worker arrived on time, was very helpful and did a good job.
