Very thorough with their explanation of the work and paid attention tp my specific property and needs. Also very inteligent regarding the entire irrigation process, not just the sprinklers.
The man they sent was absolutely great and explained my sprinkler control system to me. He was also very helpful in that he recommended what times I should run my sprinklers in light of the new water rationing in Los Angeles.
Great service tech - very efficient and thorough. Did a good job replacing the heads and was careful with the grass - couldn't even tell he'd been there except the sprinklers actually worked.
Came two times because job took longer than first visit allowed. Ernie was nice, helpful and worked hard. Did a good job!
We received very good service from ASP. Martin (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable about sprinkler systems and the best way to utilize them. He also knows a lot about plants in general and gave us very good advice on how to deal with a few problems we were having. Example: We showed him some rosemary plants that we planted a few years back that we thought were having irrigation issues. Martin was prompt, very knowledgeable, and offered a fair price. He was able to accomodate us when we asked him to fix more valves than when we originally spoke on the phone. I would recommend him to my friends.
