Doug came by my house to fix my jammed garage door. It was Friday evening at 6:30 when I called. He dropped what he was doing and was over in 30 minutes. Doug's customer service is outstanding. He was honest, polite, reasonably priced and got me out of a real jam. I shall definitely be using him again and recommend him without reservation of any sort.
