Wow! So impressed with Doug. I called late at night (not an emergency...just wanted to leave a message so I could get on his radar for the morning). He called the following morning and was here in 20min. Garage fixed with a fair price. Great work from a man that is putting SERVICE back into the customer service. We woke up to a broken spring on our garage door this morning and because of the wonderful reviews I read about this company, I called Doug Joyner and I am so happy I did. He is absolutely one of the friendliest fellas I have ever met and he fit me in his schedule without hesitation. The price was great and the service was excellent. MY GARAGE DOOR WAS IN BAD SHAPE. BROKEN SPRING AND CABLES. DOUG GOT TO WORK AND HAD IT ALL FIXED WITH NEW SPRINGS IN NO TIME . ALSO HE WAS VERY REASONABLE ON PRICE. I WAS VERY SURPRISED. I THOUGHT IT WOULD COST A LOT MORE. THANKS DOUG. AND I GIVE HIM 6 STARS. ****** ☺
