I cannot say enough good things about Automatic Entry - Doug is PHENOMENAL! When our garage door came off the tracks and appeared to be hanging by a string with our car underneath on a SUNDAY NIGHT, I called him after he was recommended by a friend. None of the other 10 garage door companies I called even answered the phone, but Doug was at our house in about an hour and fixed the door in 20 minutes. He charged us a fraction of what any of the other companies would have too. We will never, ever use anyone else!
RecommendedDoug replaced our garage door recently and we are 100% pleased with the professionalism, prices and quality of work.

Came home at night to a broken spring. Called doug first thing in the morning and it’s now 9:18 am and my spring is fixed. Hope I didn’t set expectations too high, but he was fast, affordable, and done correctly. Will definitely recommend
My garage door spring broke while I was out of town. When I returned on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, I called Doug in hopes he would be able to get to me Monday or Tuesday. Instead, he came out that same day (Sunday) and had the spring replaced in under two hours from when I first called him.
I will use this guy for any problems I have in the future!!! He was GREAT! I backed out too quickly an hit the garage door and it was knocked off the track pretty bad. I called Automatic Entry at 2 and he was here by 3:15 and had it fixed by 3:30-3:40! I was in a jam to get it fixed before my husband got home!!! Lol! GREAT JOB DOUG JOYNER!!!!!
Quick response time. Diagnosed the problem over the phone and had it fixed within about 2 hours of the call. Will definitely call again as the need arises!
Really great service, and really reasonable prices. I'll use and recommend this company to everyone I know needing garage help.
