RecommendedDoug came and installed a new, insulated door for me yesterday. I have to say, awesome customer service, quick and efficient work, and patient with my curious kids. 10/10 will use again.
Responds on a Sunday to call, came to fix on Monday! Friendly fast service!
Called Doug about 10 days ago. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and said if it doesn’t fix it long term to call back. Called him today and he came over within 30 minutes to help resolve the issue. Happy to say garage door is working beautifully. You’d be making a mistake not to call Doug first! He’s the best.
Recommend based on others input was was unable to experience. Facebook indicating “always’ open is false — Does not want to be bother on Sunday. Have no issue with that; in fact, owners calls. we just need to know and learn though condescending messages :-)
Called him around 12:30 today and he was here by 3:45 to repair my garage door. Great service!!!!
Garage door broke last night. Sent an email to Automatic Entry asking for repair. I got a response in 5 minutes, Doug Joyner was at my house in an hour. Garage door fixed!!!. If your door breaks, call Doug.
So glad I called Doug to fix our broken spring. Service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Happy to have him in my back pocket should I ever need to have my garage doors serviced again! Very highly recommended! Thanks , Doug!!
