Excellent Job! I called on a Saturday evening before the biggest football game of the year, and Doug was here within 10 mins and fixed within the hour! Thank you so much for all that you do, Doug!
Garage door spring broke at around 1:30. Doug was called and at the house by 3:20. Door/springs fixed and he was finished and gone by 4:00!!! AWESOME service. Highly recommend!!!
We had an issue with our garage door and remembered seeing Doug's name on Shop Collierville. We called and Doug said he would be over in 15 minutes; he was right on time! He fixed our issue and got us new remotes for our door and charged us a very fair price. He is such a great person to deal with and is very knowledgable; can't begin to say enough great things about him and our experience! If any other issues arise we will be calling him back! Doug is professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly! I called to schedule an appointment around 10a and he was at my home by 2 the same day. He had the parts required on his work truck and had the door working in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
We called Doug on a Saturday morning and was at our house couple hours later! He fixed our garage door issue in less than 10 minutes! We would highly recommend Doug for any garage door needs. He is super knowledgable and very friendly and personable.
Called Doug on Saturday because my door had come off the track and the pulley cord had come off. He came out quickly and got the door closed. Our garage door was beyond repair anyway, so on Monday he came out and replaced both the door and the motor. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The new door and motor was reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend him to others and will use him for any further garage door issues.
We called Doug Friday evening. He came out Saturday at 9, and our garage door was fixed 10 minutes later! Great work and a super nice guy!
