Excellent service! We've found our "go to" guy for sure! We Highly recommend Doug for all of your garage door issues. His response time is great, professionalism above expectations, and you immediately recognize his qualifications.
Better call Doug! 11:20 Door came off track on one side do to cable slippage. The fate of my Harley and wife's car precariously held in its balance. I called Doug; he answered immediately and advised he would be here in 30 minutes. 11:50 Doug arrived, fixed door, and was gone by 12:15. Catastrophe averted! In the past, he has also replaced the springs and circuit board. Both services performed the same day I called. If you need your garage door fixed right now, and who doesn't, better call Doug.
I highly recommend using Doug for your garage door work. After a company not returning my call yesterday, I called Doug this morning at 9:30 am, and he was at my house by 10:30 am! He fixed the garage in 15 minutes! We were totally impressed with his work. We will never call anyone else about our garage door or opener again!
Superb service!! Had a broken spring on a Sunday and could not get the car out of the garage.. Doug showed up within 40 min and took care of the issue quickly.. I would highly recommend Doug and his company for all your garages door needs.
Doug called me back within 30 minutes of my message, and had my garage door fixed 3 hours later! It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you Doug!!
