I contacted Doug after a slight mishap with our garage door. He quickly responded at 8:30 on a Saturday night and was over the next morning! Doug is very thorough, super personable and extremely reasonable in his pricing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will call him the next time I need help with my garage!

I'm a week late in giving Doug the credit he is due. Late last Wednesday, one side of our garage door came off the track when a hinge broke. Having read all the recommendations here, my husband gave Doug a call. He was on another job but came over as soon as he was finished. We were fully expecting to have to replace the door, but Doug replaced 2 hinges, put the rollers back on & got the door back on track. He is prompt, personable, & honest. I heartily recommend him.
We had an issue with our garage door and I had seen Dougs name on a Germantown site. He came out within 45 minutes of us calling him and the windchill was 5 while he was working. He did an excellent job and very reasonable!
