Doug came out the same day and fixed our garage door. He had the parts needed with him and was done in under an hour. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Doug!

100% Doug Joyner with Automatic Entry! He repaired our garage a couple of weeks ago. He came out quickly, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and very reasonably priced. We will never use anyone else. My dad (who lives in Knoxville) was in town during our repair. He had just gotten a new door for his garage and literally paid more than twice what Doug quoted us.

Called Doug and he came within a couple of hours to help us set our garage keypad code which we never received from the sellers. He's a great guy and gave me some tips on garage doors and maintenance. Will definitely call him again if we ever have a problem!
