Bought a $449.99 Metro car dryer. First the product doesn’t dry the car quickly. The customer service rep lectured me on how to use it, when I only requested a Return Number. Then he gave me more attitude, then tells me there is restocking fee. The name says it all “geek”
RecommendedThese guys have the stuff you want if you’re detailing your cars, or somebody else’s. I have bought a lot of stuff from them and have basically setup a full detail shop in my garage for my cars. Extremely knowledgeable and sharing staff & user’s group. Very wide range of products. Their sales are real sales and they Stand behind what they sell. They also Sponsor many of my favorite Car Shows. Their best selling point is Mike Phillips. He’s an expert in detailing and will actually answer your questions. His teaching & demo videos are awesome.
The products, prices, and "How to" videos are superb. I have never had a problem with any of the products or shipping, so I haven't had the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative, which speaks volumes about the services the organization provides.
