Ordered 6 products. 4 of them were from date 2018 with expiration dates of July 2020 written on the bottle..... I am receiving 2.5 year old wheel cleaner(sonax wheel cleaner plus) and CarPro Reload. They used to be a great company. Now they lost my trust and business. Someone from autogeek said it’s still fine to use and that the dates are for shipping purposes. Still doesn’t explain why I have 2.5 year old product paying at the going price of what new product lists for. 0 stars out of 5.

We get an occasional call from customers complaining of the expired CarPro product dates. We have since reached out to Carpro directly and they are now stopping the expiration date and only putting production dates on the bottles now. As per Carpro directly "These dates are used for the Korea ISO production standards only".

With the polisher being purchased back in April you can see how now being December it is well outside of our 30 day in house warranty. Ordered several items on 11/14/2020. According to their website, orders will be shipped the next business day. This should’ve been Monday, 11/16. I called Tuesday and was told it was being shipped that day. Never shipped. I called Wednesday, the employee I spoke to stated she had a meeting and didn’t have time for me. I guess it depends on the orders $ total. I placed my 2nd-ever order with them on 7/30/20 for 7 items during a flash sale. All items were in stock at the time of my order. I received an email on 7/31 stating that 1 item was on back-order. So I did a test reorder of the same back-ordered item and it still showed in-stock. Apparently their stock is not updated in real-time. after ordering over $200 USD worth of car care supplies and having it shipped very soon after i placed the order, i found out UPS destroyed my packages. I spent over 30 minutes with them (UPS) trying to figure out what to do about my package. i called autogeek and had the whole situation fixed in less than 3 minutes. I've never had a bad experience when using autogeek 110% recomend
I see a few people complaining about customer service. I on the other hand had a super easy time talking with Michael. One of the bottles were damaged through shipping and he asked me to send the photos to him via email. I did as he requested and he told me he would have a new bottle shipped tomorrow. Great experience with them shipping and fixing a problem, and I will reorder from them due to their customer service. Thank you guys!
