If you would’ve asked me a few weeks ago if I recommend Autogeek I would’ve said yes. Ask me today and it’s a big no. Not really sure what happened to the customer service or lack there of but I was extremely disappointed on how the situation I had was handled and going in circles trying to figure out when I would receive the product I ordered. The responses I got were not informative at all and I even called twice leaving a voicemail and never heard a response. Thanks autogeek. You’ve really dropped the ball.
Do anything more than the bare minimum when a care care product that they sell ruins the interior of a car. At the very least, management could respond to my message to them that clearly detailed my displeasure with their handling of the situation. Also, be very wary of the user reviews on their website. I left a review of the product that damaged my interior, including photo documentation. They chose not to post the review and did not provide any feedback on why the review was not posted.
RecommendedAn incredible selection of quality products that are affordable for your everyday working man. I never thought my Jeep's paint would come back to life, expecting it to look dull and swirl marked until it's death. I was wrong. After purchasing multiple Wolfgang kits and the proper towels, brushes, and buffing tools, it looks almost brand new. It's a 12 year old car and I get compliments on it on a daily basis.
