I understand the whole covid 19 staffing issue but I would still like to be able to log into my account and see whats going on with my orders. They billed me and have my money so I should at least know where my order stands.

i make an order 3/3/2020 and the 3/5/2020 i sent an email asking about my order (nobody replies my email) i called today after 7 days and they told me my order never went trough to the shipping area. bad customer service. i been making orders since 2018 and i had problems on my previous orders.
