Great products at a fair price. One catch, the local FedEx has had my order for over a week. That makes it 2 weeks now since I ordered. Please look into UPS shipping. Thank you.
It has come to my attention from asking on multiple groups that the bigger the order the longer it takes to ship out. Myself and few others ordered over the memorial day weekend. While I expected a little delay because of the weekend I didn't not expect to get other smaller orders filled and shipped before mine. As a consumer and current business owner looking to establish a supplier this has me confused and would hope that the bigger orders would be more urgent to your company. As an online retailer, I would expect your order system to be fully integrated with your inventory system. Ordered a product on Friday and card was charged immediately, then received a notice on Monday that the product was back-ordered. You shouldn't have accepted the order if you couldn't ship immediately. First time customer...probably a last time customer.
I did a fair amount of business with Autogeek when they were a start-up, but other business took me away from the detailing world. Now I'm back and a lot of their crew is still with them. Great company to work with and ordering is easy.
Had an order issue with a missing item but the Autogeek team worked great to help me out and fix the situation. Nice customer care.
