I have had a pretty good experience with previous order, however disappointed this time I placed my order on 04/03 thinking there’s no reason I would have gotten my order by this weekend. But my order was damaged and will as of today be shipped out again to me. I just wish I would have given a heads up that the shipment is delayed to plan my weekend better.
6 days to ship in stock items is really bad. I've noticed a continued decrease it customer service past few months.
Great customer service one of my bottles of product leaked all over during shipping, I sent them an email and they promptly sent out a replacement.
