The person that washed my mother in laws car sucks! They left standing water in the cup holders & of course I put my phone down in it & had no idea until 2 minutes later. Still in the parking lot I seen the manager so I decided to get him over there to let him know what was going on. I told him that there was standing water in the cup holder from when it was washed. Autobell Car Wash Concord equipment ripped my driver's side mirror from my car. The assistant manager, that told me he was THE MANAGER of the Autobell,He (lied) misrepresented his position with the company. The individual that actually stated that he was the manager blamed the Corporate office for misrepresenting the assistant manager as the manager. Cleaned my car, damaged my wheels...and after talking to the manager about it, was told they were not liable because they were after market wheels.
