They don’t catch your car at the end of the wash, you have to figure out where to drive your vehicle to do it can be detailed and you can’t see them clean out when they’re finished with your vehicle.

The car wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, I still had spots on my car and my windows wasn’t clean at all!! And after they finish Trying to get it right they still didn’t complete the job well, also while I was making sure if everything else was ok I saw this big stretch on my car that I know for a fact that it wasn’t there before, I told a manger and he try to tell me that I had to run my car back through the car wash to see if another form of stretch appears on my car and if it don’t they was going to deny my claim and ... read more

RecommendedThank you Autobell Car Wash of Gastonia! We just got back from vacation and my truck was disgusting. Salt, sand, dog hair, Saharan dust, and a car sick four year old was completely erased. I really appreciated the care they took with my vehicle while remaining in Pandemic protection mode. I feel for anyone that has to wear a mask while working in the heat.
