I wouldn’t take my bicycle down there to have it washed they suck !! Such terrible service.My husband paid 45 dollars to have his truck clean and the inside looks the same , doesn’t even look like they vacuum at all

Just went into Auto Bell and was informed that for over a $30.00 wash they would not vacuum under the floor mats. Never heard such. Will never go back.

So glad Klein was promoted as Manager at the Church St location. His customer service is excellent!
Their equipment damaged the wheels on two vehicles and the damage is very similar in both photos. The vehicle owners both confronted Mgmt and were given the same response which sounded like a “standard reply to quote” when damage is brought to their attention. Has anyone else experienced wheel damage from the equipment and were given the same excuse?
I was just there and was telling them how to get the car in neutral when it started rolling against the metal guide and it gouged my rim. I watched it happened and pointed it out immediately and they deny it’s possible for that to happen, now I’ve been contacted by someone who took there new mustang through the same place and had the same thing happen. The manager “Chipper New” said he had been there 16 years and it had never happened that it’s just not possible but here we are with at least 2 incidents in 1 week. He wanted ... read more
