Will never go back here, my car had no damages before because I just got my car & came out of the wash & seen damages. I filed a damage claim but was denied because they couldn’t prove it was them. 1/5 stars. Beware customers, don’t go here. Go to a professional who knows what they are doing.
Last week I purchased myself a Mustang.A few days after I had purchased it I wanted to take it to Autobell in Concord to get the car washed and to knock some of the pollen off of the car. While the the car was being pulled into the Car wash by the worker, the car hit the metal guider bar that guides the car into the car wash. Both wheels on the driver side were damaged. My son purchased the car of his dreams only to have them shattered with damage to both of his driver side wheels, Auto Bell claims that their process did not do the damage and are not liable. Never again will I take a car to any of their locations or recommend them to anyone. Take my advice and stay away!
RecommendedJoseph C. at the Concord Carwash on church st. did an amazing job cleaning my daughters car.... he took his time clening it instead of rushing through it, as we have experienced that at other autobells...10/10 recommend you going here.....
They did a very good job. Not detail work. But if you want detail you have to pay somebody over 100.00 dollars.
They have charged me $48.10 for my unlimited membership THREE TIMES this month and will not refund my money!!!

I had a great experience at auto bell today! I talked to a lovely guy named Hawkin Nedoff and he gave me a great car wash! I will definitely be back!
But I will say my last experience was not up to their usual standards. The guy that checked me in must have been a really big hurry I was still talking and he was getting in the next car - no fragrance and no conversation. Everyone has a bad day occasionally
