I've been an at least monthly customer to this location and I've noticed over the last several visits I've had to request attention to detail - especially in the vacuuming and the interior windows. The attendant today didn't even walk me to my car for my "inspection". It wasn't until he had turned to walk away that I realized I didn't tip him. Employees very friendly but there was stuff left all over the exterior. Very unsatisfied for the price will not be back.
I like the people at Auto Bell - very friendly; however, they always leave the latches on my floor mats undone and they really don't wipe it down good inside. I've been going there for a few years and this is the first time I've done a review, but I think it's important for them to do a better job overall. If it was just hit and miss occasionally I could handle that, but it's all the time.
Like most of the reviews are spot on about there customer service or "lackthereof" but most are afraid to speak to management because they act like there better than the customers, because they don't know what TRUE customer service is! Have had better experience and customer service at other establishments.
The price they told me was not the price I payed it was more, they didn't do a walk around, my drive side mirror was out of place, a mirror was half clean, I will not be back
This place is great! I come all the time and one time they had a lot of people here and accidentally forgot to Vaccuume the back of my car out (but the rest looked amazing!) I called them and they were so nice & made it right! When you have two German Shepherds, you really appreciate a clean car!:) highly reccommend!
They always do such a great job. I usually try to go right after church on Sunday. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I went to the one on Church Street in Concord.
We went to the Autobell in Concord and they left standing water in the cup holders. My Daughter-in-law put her Iphone down in the water. The manager took a report then announced he did not know who detailed the car, really, but they said they did not spray in the car. Funny how that no one knew that. He then told us it was not their responsibility since no one saw it happen. Mean while I am standing there with a hand full of soaked napkins. I paid $30 to have a $300.00 phone take a bath.
