My experience with Volvo service department has been exceptional until today. I have never experienced such poor customer as I did today. Shame on you Volvo for allowing it.
This is the only place to buy a Volvo in DFW. Autobahn has been a Volvo dealer at the same location for almost 40 years and with many of the same employees as a local, family owned business. Ask for Michael Montes in service. Mary Jane is the very sweet gal who handles loaner cars. Both of them work with Richard Fincher who is a very experienced service manager. I will take my Volvo noplace else.

Beware of this dealership! I bought a car from them, and now I’m on my second recall and third time getting my AC fixed. When I asked if I could get a loaner - I was told I would have to wait five days and they would drive me to Enterprise so I could pay for my own loaner. Amazing.... Autobahn also sell other makes and I bet I could expect the same treatment from all of them.
Autobahn had more options and better pricing than the dealerships we looked at in Oklahoma(where we live). It was well worth the drive and we love the car we got. They were very helpful and we would definitely buy from them again!
Service department is rude and incompetent.
