Made an appointment to see a vehicle, arrived a few minutes early - - another customer was driving away in it on a test drive. This, after the manager committed to having the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. I'm sure Autobahn has lots of satisfied customers. I'm not one of them! Good luck!

Autobahn has done business in Fort Worth for 39 years as a local family owned dealership. They are definitely the go to for all six makes they sell - Volvo, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Volkswagen. I’ve had excellent experiences for the past 22 years in all the dealership departments with no exceptions. This is definitely the place to go for a low key, no pressure sales approach, with a “Fort Worth” flavor.
Better customer service in the service department.
My wife took my Range Rover in for service this week. They treated her like she was the most important person there. They had a loaner ready to go, kept us updated throughout the day, and were very prompt. They even loaded all her bags from the loaner back into our car. We could not have been more pleased with our experience at Autobahn!
