The service manager Richard at Autobahn BMW is completely unprofessional and rude. This was our second bad experience at Autobahn...never again!!!
We walked in and no one greeted us at all .... 5 difference salesman walk right by us like we was not there...... The Six salesman said hello as he was walking to get water and on his way back he asked if we had been helped..... We replied no and he helped us.... Now little did the other 5 salesman know that I had a check for 25,000 dollars.....To purchase what I wanted..... But Mike did do a great job and I brought a nice BMW......Thank you Mike.....
Excellent service as usual! Got me right in and right out as promised. Love taking my M6 in for its regular maintenance and anything else it might need!
